What You Need to Know

What is your refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your service, something is missed, or setup improperly. Please reach us by using the Contact Us form to schedule a visit free of charge to resolve the issue or to receive a refund. It is our goal to provide the best service.

When will I be invoiced?

You will receive your invoice to provide payment from 1 to 3 days after the service has been completed.

How do you handle disputes and chargebacks?

We will handle each dispute and chargeback in a case by case scenario. Our goal is to provide the best service and always stand by our customers as our number one priority.

Why are your business hours later in the day?

We chose to have our business hours later in the day because we understand a majority of people are home during these hours from work. We want it to be as convenient as possible for you.

Do I need anything before you come?

All  you need to know is your account credentials if necessary and the whatever piece of technology needs to be worked on!

Do you guys currently sell software or purchase products and deliver on our behalf?

We currently DO NOT sell any software with our services, and purchase and ship items on your behalf. If we do make any purchases on your behalf, it will show up on your invoice and will be hand delivered at the time of service.
